Dave Rose in the neighborhood and at the golf course at Entrada.  Rose owned a condo two doors down from theirs in St George (Ivings), but it was sold the week Rose retired.  We had thought this would be where he'd retire during the winter with a beautiful golf course at his feet, but that wasn't to be.
