Utah, and neither could get the info with the mainboard frying. My wife learned a hard lesson in backing things up. Fortunately, she later found out she had some MAJOR things backed up (interview footage from her late mother, pics of kids, etc) on an account she almost never used and hadn't logged into in years, but she did lose a ton.
