I am pretty steady with my gym routine. By now, I know the people who are normally there when I'm there. Today, this new guy walks in at one point. He doesn't talk to anybody. Walks straight over to the bench press. He racks up 375 for himself!
I'm thinking, wowzers, that's a lot, what's he gonna do now?
He drops down and puts it up 5 times. Impressive! He then does another set and puts it up 3 times. And then he walks out. He's done his workout for the day.
What in the world did I just witness?!?
