But that isn't a criticism, I think Pope is unique. I am skeptical Burgess has as high a native intellect as Pope-but once again I think Pope sets a real high bar that very few can reach. Burgess is more likely to be long term-I don't sense he will alienate folks as humans like Pope are prone to do in time. From those I think BYU has a shot with he seems like the most prepared-although his level of preparation is far more Dave Rose than Mark Pope.

If he is leader I hope it moves quickly so he can start to settle the roster and I can start to speculate about next season.
