would have hired Burgess, because I feel like the college game is so much different. But Young has a lot of cred because he's tied into the NBA and knows so many people there. He's supposedly a great Xs and Os guy, and honestly at this point being a college coach is like being a GM/coach of an NBA team-- without the salary cap and with total free agency/no contracts. The kids ARE basically pros at this point. So maybe a pro guy is the right guy.
