At least not a roster full of all that. That could make for a difficult culture and be a roster of guys who feel entitled or are all about themselves.

Get a guy who knows his X's and O's, has a good record for player development and put him in charge of a team up with a bunch of guys who have a team first mentality and guys carrying a chip on their shoulder, eager to challenge and prove themselves and I'll take that team over any highly paid NIL team with a bunch of guys who could be one and done guys with egos.
