He seems ambitious and hard-working. He could fail, but Holmoe and crew were certain enough he was the guy that they didn't interview anyone else. Pretty shocking, but a credit to their confidence in his aptitude to learn what he needs to do to be successful. Must be a super smart and relationship savvy guy for them to have so much faith in him.

Experience is generally overrated, especially if you have people around you that can point you in the right direction and teach you current process.
