I don't know anything about the guy, but might fit the requirements? He's been coaching in europe for the last 20 years. He's currently coaching Zenit out of St. Petersburgh Russia.

He's got a great resume and is only 49.
Liga ACB Best Coach award winner in 2010-2012 (back to back to back)
Lead a Greek team to back-to-back Greek League titles, in 2017 and 2018, and was named the league's best coach for both seasons.

I know next to nothing about him but he's a very talented coach that would get people excited and he's been in Europe for 20 years.
