As my son says, I really "chef'd it up" tonight.

Passed over the Bar S hot dogs and got the Earl Campbell brand 100% all beef. Then--and this is where the rookies mess up--I cooked them in a pan to create a sear on the outside BEFORE I cut them up into the mac n cheese. People knock Kraft, but that's where you go when you need every note to hit (sorry Western Family). Add in an extra 1/4 cup of butter, paired next to the REAL--not store brand--A&W cream soda, and man you just can't hardly beat that with a green oak switch.
