already set. Andy Reid is going to leave Philly this year or next (force out, if you ask me). He is done with the NFL, it's taken a major toll. He'll slowly come into Cougar-town and will take over for Bronco after next season. Bronco has had it with coaching and wants to move on. Reid has been in touch with BYU admin and Bronoc/Anae for this season already.
