some muffins with the poppyseed or blueberry muffin mix. I have some mini-bread pans that actually fit inside my dutch oven. I take the rims of mason jar lids, set them down first in the dutch oven, then put the muffin mix I want into the bread pan, on top of the mason jar lids so the things don't burn. Choose whatever kind you want. I love lemon poppyseed, and it is easy to make in the dutch oven that way and it's easy to clean up the oven afterward. I like this stuff actually for breakfast.
