Everyone seems to have anointed Hill the next best thing. I have liked what I have seen, but we have not seen him throw the ball much at all. The only thing you can conclude about hill is that he runs the RN playbook better than RN and the last thing BYU needs is to run the RN playbook. I really don't know if the kid can make precision throws. Does he have an arm? yes. Can he consistently thread the needle? We don't know
