100% correct. Kalani's contract is up after the 2025 season. Even
if Tom takes the typical "Mormon passive-aggressive" route & refuses to fire him he'll just not renew his contract.
I can see Tom firing him if we have 4 wins or less this fall. 5 wins & Kalani keeps his job for 2025 season but his seat just went nuclear. I personally belive the bar should be 6 wins this fall but see my point above.
As members we're so afraid if "conflict".

Agreed. Except I think sitake is on the hot seat after a 4 win 2024, then asked to resign after a similar 2025.
