Tom will fire Kalani if it's 4 wins or less. 4 wins or less is showing
that the program is digressing.
6 wins should be the bar but I can see Tom trying to avoid conflict with 5 wins & basically giving Kalani one final chance in 2025.
Kalani would then have to have 9 wins or more in 2025 to save his job. Anything less than 9 wins is a call for change.

Agreed. Except I think sitake is on the hot seat after a 4 win 2024, then asked to resign after a similar 2025.
