it takes time. just know there's a lot of us out there. people just don't talk a lot about it
my wife had several but one in particular was far enough along that we'd really come to believe it was happening. she had to have a D&A to extract the fetus. all this during law school finals week for me, when it was impossible to give her my full attention and we were about to head cross-country for my summer internship

My sister had to deliver a stillborn baby. From what she said, my advice is to find a support group online.
