I have a job offer that seems to be pretty good (good pay, very good work-life balance with time off and work culture seemingly) that would require me to move my family to Reno. I have driven through Reno but otherwise have virtually no knowledge/experience. I would appreciate anyone sharing any tips or knowledge about the area. I have 4 young children and have another offer that would take us back to the Midwest, it is higher paying but is a more competitive/intense/busy culture that is making the Reno offer look pretty good in comparison. Any insight people could share would be appreciated.
