adult beverages poured on me at a game before, but not for BYU sports - this was when I was a missionary and we were in the nosebleeds at an MLB game.

In any event, I think the banter is kind of amusing, even if it's more annoying when you're losing badly.  It's great when they shut up when you are winning.  The losing is annoying, but really more because the team isn't performing well.  Taking it out on the fans that will say anything in the stands is just copium.
