you can rotate the wheel 1/2" side to side? That would be the bearing. Usually
you hear noise.
It could be the lug nuts.
If it is doing all of this slow, drive it outside your driveway and watch it. That's the easiest way to diagnose bad U-joint/CV-shafts, it might work for this.
