You need it to be priced low enough to get calls. I've had times where KBB is right on, and other times where I had to take a big hit compared to what KBB said I should get. Just depends on what people will pay at the time, and that isn't always connected to what KBB says. I would look to see what other vehicles of the same make/model are going for on KSL, and try to make sure I wasn't one of the most expensive sellers.
