Use KBB, NADA and Edmunds and average it out
I've found KBB to give a higher value than the others.obviously A lot of the 'value' that those sites spit out is directly related to what you plug in. Every one thinks their car is in great shape when it's actually good or average.

I think they give you a reasonable ball park, but it's really difficult to guage
