Agree this year's BYU team is very good and Belmont was a good win.
I have two differences:
1. Fischer will help this team from time to time but i believe Rose will not allow such a streaky guy to determine the fate of the team. As the young guns gain more comfort and confidence, Fischer will be needed when he is good and not needed when he is not good. When both Fischer and Emery are not good as was the case at Long Beach, BYU is in trouble. Hopefully they can play better on the road at the Huntsman.
2. FT percentage drop off to average or below has been a known since before the season and it has surprisingly little correlation with winning. FT attempts have much more correlation to winning and in that regard, BYU is average and needs to improve.
I also think it is important to keep the impressive contributions of Emery in balance. KC is by far the MVP. Emery looks like he can ably be most everything that Halford and Winder were combined last season.
JMHO FWIW.
