I'm not sure if the same administration is in place but it was clear to him and many others at the time that the school was not committed to helping athletics. Very little oversight, and some really crappy coaches. The wrestling and basketball coaches have always seemed decent....but my friend used to vent about how awful his coaches were. In one sport he had a different head coach all 4 years in high school. 2 of the 4 coaches had never even played the sport they were coaching.

I hope i'm not offending any paysonites by saying that both the quality of teachers and commitment to succeed by the school is lacking big time. I have had family and friends attend there and it is pretty obvious that school struggles. Maybe it's different now. Idk.
