Scheduling issues would be gone. Access issues would probably get worked out as well due to demand. It may not take a list as long as yours. Perhaps only 5-6 more schools with at least 3-4 big names and it could work.

Perhaps the pay TV landscape changes will create a situation where this will be the case again some day. Seems more likely then BYU ever being invited to a P5 conference at this point.
