The real concern is that you definitely want to find where the water is getting in and fix that problem.

Contact your home insurance; is it due to weather etc? or did you install a pool

I think a key question is how old is the roof? If it is 20+ years old, I would just replace. For a typical Utah sized

The best way to find out if water is getting in is to look at it from the bottom side in the attic. Heat and humidity
