Totally agree with you on the All Sports Pass being the student gateway to CC.
I've passed a lot of ideas along to MM over the years, largely due to an inkling of embarrassment I feel for the participant number being so low.

They need to have more robust tiering of benefits for certain levels and locations.

If you are outside of Utah, and you are a Legacy member, I think a private video chat once a month with Tom Holmoe would go a long way. Also for Legacy members, the CC staff and those affiliated, including CL and LJ, could host special events to pull more money out of Legacy members (e.g. fishing or hunting trips over a long weekend, etc.). Legacy members would eat it up and make it happen.

For those just graduated, free CC basic membership for your first five years after school if you purchase any men's basketball or football tickets directly from BYU.

There are so many creative ways you could go about it, but I feel like the crew at the mothership are either preoccupied with blue-hair complainers or Sy Kimball.

I honestly feel like I could do a better job in my part time and I really like MM.

There needs to be robust chapters of CC in every metro area, but their guidelines and then the lack of support to get anything approved is a huge reason why CC hasn't grown in my opinion.
