Couldn't BYU make the purchase of an All-Sports Pass the membership fee of joining the student level of the CC? Get them on the rolls and get them used to being members of something that goes beyond their time on campus. The ROC could be the student division of the CC. Limited benefits though of course.
Then, give them a VERY discounted membership fee for 3-4 years after graduation for staying on and accumulate points mostly on dollars, with a bonus for each year of membership with special bonus points for sequential years of membership (5, 10, 20, etc ...).
Along with many others, I think it's sad and embarrassing that there are fewer than 7,000 CC members.
Any other ideas?
