We need more Bartleys and not to lose Pops. Without some high quality non-LDS players, BYU will be consistently inconsistent. This season and turnover shows how limited BYU's talent really is.

We need a good recruiter, who knows how to sell BYU's virtues to win over a few of the non-LDS we have successfully recruited in the past, and we need better identification of the type of player who will help BYU succeed.
