He did say that he may have some suspicions about the "multiple offers" as he doesn't know the seller's realtor (which is weird because our guy was the president of the realtor's association in the county for several years), so he's doing some checking to see if he can find out if he has a history of doing that kind of thing in the past.
Regardless, it's not outside the realm of possibility that there were multiple offers today, as the most recent 10k price drop happened yesterday.
