Dress code, book the first or last night of the cruise. They relax the dress code because on the first night your bag may not have arrived at your cabin, and on the last night you may have already packed your bag for disembarking. I no longer bring long pants on my cruise unless absolutely necessary like New Year’s Eve mid cruise.
