blocks 100 South. They can't demolish South of 100 South because they just completed a tall skyscraper there (4* Hyatt hotel). I'm sure they don't know exactly what they are going to do. But one idea is to build a sky bridge over 100 South to keep the South and North parts of the Salt Palace together. I have never been to the convention center, but I've heard it could use some work. I bet they just renovate it.
