SLC and Ryan Smith are planning to level a big chunk of the Convention Center
Sounds like that $900M subsidy could go towards renovations of the DC and possibly towards that east-west entertainment district. Maybe lease some of that back to Ryan rather than selling it outright. Abrevenal is apparently due for a renovation and could take advantage of this window. I assume the Convention Center rebuilds just west of the Hyatt.
