By windiws, windmills, other structures, cats, dogs, other man introduced predators. The numbers are always insanely high, and all together it seems like billions of birds are killed each year by outside influences. However, it seems like there are so many birds around. If these billions weren't being killed off would birds just take over the ecosystem?
