I have a pull-up bar on the door to my office. Every time I walk in I do 15
Pull-ups and then hang changing my hand position a few times as I count to 120.

A few years ago I couldn’t raise my arm straight up in the air. Now I can.

I’m not a PT or a yoga guru. It’s not even why I started it. It just worked out that way.
