By many accounts Clowney lacks discipline and motivation on and off the field.

Throw a bunch of money at him with those habits already entrenched and what will happen? I agree he is an absolutely incredible athlete, but I don't see him being a long-term, great NFL player. His junior year stats were underwhelming.

The NFL is littered with physical freaks who never quite cut it. I don't see him being a bust like Vernon Gholston, a fellow freak athlete and "can't miss prospect", but I don't think he will live up to most people's expectations of him.
