There's a front panel switch, where you can control everything (front and back), or you can set that to AUX, and the back panel switch has control of the rear. It's unlikely both switches would break simultaneously.

I'm betting my rear blower resistor is failing more than it already was. I had positions 1 and 3 working, but 2 blew no air. I'm betting it just got worse.
