Swearing: The Great Equalizer

In my organization I cannot think of a single executive or department head who I have not heard swear. Everybody does. Men. Women. Young. Old.

Unfortunately, the language of business is R-rated.

That being said, when I am in the room and they swear, half of the time they will look at me and apologize- even though I have never once said that it bothers me.
