On the donation slip, there is a specific line for "tithing" and several other lines for other classifications of donations. If every single penny donated to the church is tithing, why does not the church put out a donation slip with one single line for a single donated amount? Different donations to different funds are treated differently by the church (the recipient of the donation). The federal government treats different types of donations to the church differently, too, taxing some and not taxing others. Why cannot you seem to understand there is a difference, too?
