What I see as an iffy take or a bad (bad as in too homerish) take on BYU for BYU fans, or Utah for Utah fans, is blue or red goggled... However, when I see bad takes on the opponent's team, I just see that as a bad take. Being goggled should try to talk your guys up, but not include bad takes on the opponent's guys.

QB- Well, you're basing it on 2015 so it shouldn't matter much. He's much further along in this system than any QB is for Utah's system, or how far along they are as a QB in general. Is Williams even going to win the job?

The RB stuff is good, but I'm always amazed at how I've seen a few Utah fans choose their wording for it. So Squally gets a negative "wasn't nearly as effective as Williams" line. That's obvious... But then Utah RBs who were essentially the same get a "looked great before injury." Nah, RB is a wash. Nothing stands out with Utah's RBs over BYU's. Anything you can say about Utah's guys you can basically say about Squally. Now, the depth is more questionable so that's where Utah gets the edge.

Trinnaman not appearing as impressive as you thought is the same reason why any of Utah's receivers don't look as good... QBs. A WR can only do so much. He still has to have a dude throwing it to him. Hill only missed Jonah open on deep passes about 10 times.

BYU's history of TEs? Well, Anae is gone now so what is only recent history doesn't matter much anymore. It's clear it will be a focus. Utah hasn't had much from TEs lately and they still don't have a QB.

Good job. Lotulelei better step it up though. He seemed like a disappointment last year in terms of his potential. BTW, Expect to see Leiataua become one of the top DEs.

It's clear that on both sides there is a lot of potential with a lot of "we just have to wait and see first" situations.
