If you enjoy the experience of cooking, and not just eating the food, a Kamado is the best choice. Nothing like cooking with fire, and they are incredibly versatile. I've cooked everything from Cochinita pibil to Thanksgiving Turkey on mine. I've seen people do pizza, wings, burgers, brisket, ribs, pork butt, steak, suckling pig, and even al pastor on a Kamado Joe.
