I like strategy and I don't mind losing. I just would rather talk to people than play a game. My daughter was a big
"Blood on the Clocktower" player. We've had all kinds of parties at my house. People laughing and smiling and asking "when can we play again." They love it.

But it's not for me. I've played it 5 or so times... I'd just rather sit in the other room and talk to people.

I've never been to a "Settlers" party where I came home and said "That was more fun than if we all just talked to each other." I realize others are different. It's why the board game industry exists.

Fun side note - my friend owned Magic the Gathering before it was sold to Hasbro.
