I get it, I mean I like the system he uses, I also like the mentor approach for
life after football. I’m just saying that there may need to be exceptions for the elite QB, he may have to get a much higher than normal NIL deal for freshman, same for the LT that anchor the line. The DT that will regularly soak up to blockers. Exceptions for the premium positions. After they have been vetted to be a good fit.
Maybe that is their plan and it just hasn’t been executed fully yet.
