I believe he wants to progress the NIL overtime once they perform and as leverage for retention. For example it sounds like if Saili was seeking NIL opportunities that was more than say John Nelson, Kalani would turn it down.

I could be wrong but I believe that’s the way that NIL is being dispersed from interviews I watched or listened to that past 6 months.
