including the details alluded to when you said, "The rest of the story is well documented" talking of the promises not kept that were made to BYU. What were the promises specifically, and why did they "trust" instead of getting things in writing?
In the end, was competing with newly "Pac-ed" Utah for recruits in any way a factor in BYU's decision, or was it exclusively done to get on more TV sets? As my TCU friend states, you can get DirecTV at any location in the US. Those that truly want BYU games can make the executive decision to switch to DirecTV and then stop complaining about not getting the mtn or CBS-C.
Also, I'm wondering about the level of knowledge and understanding of other MWC teams of BYU's concerns and exploration of independence.
If anyone has any answers to these questions I'd love to hear it.
Thanks shogonai!!!!!!
