Big5+BYU+AFA+BSU+TCU = sure AQ, MWC = waiver
All would depend on:
1- How much the exit fees were (which seemed staggering) Everything I have heard is that the 5 would have rebuilt in order to get the payday
2- How much of a legal fight it would take to get them. With so many leaving it would likely be easier due to pr
3- How bad the BE got hit.
As for MWC teams jumping:
1- Trading non-aq for aq. BCS money shares for a 9 team league already equal the MWC per team payout
2- TV contract likely better with BU-KU-KSU-ISU-MU instead of UNM, CSU, Wyo, UNLV, and SDSU
3- Strong hoops with all 5 being strong and BYU as well.
