I can't figure out how changing your DNS would make youtube steam faster.

maybe I'm missing something but your DNS address is just for name resolution once your streaming DNS shouldn't matter. But if it makes it faster for you knock yourself out.

Try changing your DNS numbers 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
