Outstanding defenses don't give up that many yards and points. Where they are outstanding is creating turnovers. They are incredible at that.

When you play that kind of pass d, you're not going to give up run yard because people will be throwing on you. Reality though, is that their competition will dictate what the stats show. So I'm not really all that surprised that they haven't given up a ton of rushing yards.
