Dream scenario: Jazz trade Hayward for a player or picks that can't help immediately. Maybe someone like Al Horford who won't play this season. Jazz tank and have a potential superstar in the draft, add someone like Horford (example), Burke, Favors, etc. Great roster for years to come.
Likely scenario: Jazz continue to play decent and decide not to trade Hayward. Jazz resign him at the end of the year and overpay limiting future options (hello AK). Jazz creep towards .500 and get 8-12th pick in the draft in the best draft in a decade. Get a decent player but nothing special.
P.S. For those who CBers who have always wondered what would happen if TNT snapped, the latter is what you want to see. TNT WILL FRICKIN' GO POSTAL.
