He has a cannon of an arm, and is terrific with his feet. Sure, he still needs development in the passing game, but the tools are all there. NFL teams will be lining up to draft him. How high he is drafted will depend on how polished he becomes between now and then. At the very least, he will be drafted and will spend a couple years on a roster somewhere while the team tries to develop those tools. I could also easily see Hill as a first-rounder. Just think of Jake Locker's development, and where he is now. I think Taysom compares favorably.
