I've always felt it a stronger argument that Bronco chases his tail...
a lot more than the meme that "Bronco is stubborn, set in his ways, and refuses to change." Seems like every year he is unveiling a lot of sweeping changes based on feedback he has gotten in leadership books, trips to other programs etc.

We have had 4 different offenses in his 9 years and have played everything from a 4-3 to a 3-3-5 to a 3-4 to a 2-5 on defense. Now on defense, you would have to say his tail chasing has been fairly effective as we perform at a level beyond our talent IMHO. On offense, we have gone from the Texas Tech Air Raid to a hybrid Air Raid under Anae, Doman installed more of a traditional West Coast, and now Anae is back with the read option.

Personally, I think the read option is perfect for Hill and with some tweaks could be very effective for the next two years. Don't know if it will remain so when we don't have an all-world athlete at QB...but for the next two years I would vote for continuity with some tweaks to our 3rd down and Blue Zone packages.

We were not that broke this year. I would hope we only see fine tuning going into an easier schedule next year. Continuity can be a good thing.
