True, Cal and Virginia could be better although I don't know of any
reason to think that they'll make drastic improvements over last year. There are a couple clear reasons why UCF and BSU might be worse.
And also true, I think regional and "rivalry" matchups can be fun for fans but they don't necessarily do anything for SOS.
